Shipping Policy

Important: If you do not have a loading dock or a forklift to unload the shipment, a liftgate fee of $30 will apply.

We keep some items in stock and they are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Other products may take a bit longer to pack and ship, typically no longer than a week. Our product pages are updated regularly to provide you with a general idea of timeframes before you place an order. In the event that shipping takes longer than expected, we will inform you promptly.

Once you place an order, we will send you a receipt via email. We will also notify you via email when your item has been shipped and provide tracking information. Please note that we reserve the right to use any carrier for shipping.

Freight Delivery Information

Most vending machines are large enough to require shipping via freight. If you are having your vending machine(s) delivered to a residential address and a 20-foot truck cannot access your driveway, the shipper assumes no liability. It is your responsibility to schedule an appointment with the shipping company to either pick up the machine(s) at the terminal or meet the truck to transfer them to your vehicle. If this applies to your situation, please do not choose lift gate and instead note in the comments that you wish to pick up the machine(s) at the terminal. Unless you have machinery, such as a forklift, to unload a crate weighing over 600 lbs from the back of a 20-foot truck, you must select the ‘Freight delivery with lift gate’ option during checkout.

Upon delivery, it is important that you are present to inspect the package for any damage or missing parts. Please do not sign for the delivery prior to opening and inspecting the contents of the package. This includes ensuring that all items listed on the delivery receipt are present and that any damaged packaging or items are noted on the receipt.

If the condition and quantity of your freight is acceptable, the driver will ask you to sign the delivery receipt. The driver will provide you with a copy and take the original signed copy as proof of delivery. A signed delivery receipt without any exceptions noted is considered a clear delivery, meaning that there were no shortages or visible damage at the time of delivery and the transaction is complete. If you sign the delivery receipt without noting any damages, you waive your right to any replacements or refunds due to shipping damage.

International Shipping

Please note that all shipping and handling quotes provided on our website and shopping cart are intended for delivery within the continental U.S.A. If you require international shipping, we will handle each case individually to ensure that your purchases and merchandise are delivered to your destination via the best carriers available. Please be advised that Canadian and international shipments may be subject to Tariffs and Taxes that are the customer’s responsibility. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with these potential fees prior to making your purchase.

Timeframe For Getting Orders Shipped Out And Shipment Tracking

Our website lists various equipment and products that usually ship from the warehouse within 2-3 business days depending on the product and payment method chosen. The item is then shipped using the buyer and seller’s agreed upon shipping method. The estimated shipping lead time for each item can be found in the shipping section of the listing. Please note that the estimated shipping lead time is subject to change without notice due to carrier policies. After shipping the item, we will send an email to the address you provided us with the tracking number, enabling you to track your product through the shipping process.

Return Policy

In order to process a return, it is necessary that all items, including the box, packaging, and accessories, are in their original condition and free of any writing. Additionally, it is important to obtain authorization for any returns or exchanges. This involves obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) prior to sending back any items. Any unauthorized items will not be accepted and will be returned at your own expense.
